Museum of Glass Wedding at the Realm
Museum of Glass wedding at the Realm wedding venue in Tacoma, WA. Jake and Jessica are one of the sweetest couples I have had the pleasure of working with. The wedding was non-traditional, intimate, and full of love.
Getting Ready
Jake got ready at the modern and swanky Hotel Murano, while Jessica utilized the beautiful bridal suite at The Realm. First of all, Alisa is not only one of my favorite wedding venue owners because she is incredibly sweet and bubbly, but most noteworthy she and her team have completely transformed a run down historic building into breath taking event space. If you have not have not had the pleasure of seeing it you must check it out because it’s incredible what she’s done.
Jessica got her jumpsuit, remember I said this was non-traditional, from Jay Godfrey. I love that she chose to wear a jumpsuit. I think it’s bold, classy, and modern. She looked incredible in it.
Jessica’s hair and makeup were done by Kaycie Juergens. She did an outstanding job of bringing out this gorgeous bride’s natural beauty.
I’m so happy these two decided to have a first look! I always recommend this to all the couples I work with.
Ceremony
The ceremony was with family only so they could keep it intimate. After the ceremony they raced off to the Museum of Glass for portraits before being joined by friends and family back at The Realm.
The beautiful bouquet was created by Alisa at Enchanted Whimsy Design.
Portraits
Going to the Museum of Glass was a perfect choice for portraits since it’s close to the venue, and due to it being an awesome place for photos in addition to it having lots of backdrop options.
Jake chased Jessica. Jessica tested Jake’s balance.
They were very excited after kissing obviously. Nice heel click!
Reception
EZ Foods Catering put together a delectable dinner spread for all the guests.
Look at this deliciousness from Lady Yum! Maybe it’s just me, but macarons hold a special place in my heart.
What a magnificent day with an incredible couple. Congratulations Jessica and Jake! Wishing you all the very best!
