Tacoma Country Wedding
Tacoma Country Wedding at a PNW private estate in Raymond, WA right outside of Olympia on the Willapa river. The setting for the wedding was serene and beautiful and almost as sweet as the couple, Heather and Aaron.
First of all, the couple got ready at an Airbnb a few miles away from Aaron’s parents home, which is where the ceremony and reception were held. The house bustled with excitement as family and friends got ready together. Heather was cool, calm, and collected. She was ready to see her Aaron. The most noteworthy thing I remember from their engagement shoot was that these two were madly in love.
They had their first look in an open field in between the Airbnb and where the ceremony was. Even though Heather was in a cast, she was able to hobble out and surprise Aaron. Aren’t they a beautiful couple?
One of my favorite moments was when Heather’s lipstick smeared on Aaron’s face. It probably looked better on her though.
Music played, the sun shined, and the guests smiled as these two exchanged their vows with each other. Especially relevant is that Aaron made all the arch, the benches, and the all tables that the guests got to enjoy. This was probably the most impressive DIY wedding I’ve ever seen.
During the reception we snuck off in a golf cart to take some portraits down by the river due to the light getting so good. As a result, Aaron took off his shoes and braved the cold water as he swooped Heather up in his arms.
Finally, I want to wish these two the very best in the years to come. In addition to being a charming couple, they’ll make quite the family together, since they already have a great start. Congratulations!
